By purchase resource (ā€œitemā€ or ā€œfileā€) you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions. Ownership remains with WebInMotion, and you are required to abide by the following licensing terms.

What does ā€œPersonal and Commercial Use" mean?

Personal Use is any use that meets none of the criteria for Commercial Use. And Commercial Use is any use:
  • that involves an exchange of money or other consideration
  • that promotes a business (e.g., sole proprietorship, corporation, or partnership)
  • Where financial gain or other consideration is either sought or a result, directly or indirectly, of Licenseeā€™s use of the Licensed Asset.

You can

  • Create unlimited End Products for Personal Use and Commercial Use. This isa 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.
  • You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
  • WebInMotion will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.
  • We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Prohibitions

  • You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party.
  • For any resalable web applications or software programs, you should not include our graphic resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden by us.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order has been confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with receiving or downloading our products. We canā€™t offer refunds because all our products are digital. If youā€™re not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact us and describe the reason you would like a refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you about our decision.

We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.
